Hi All! I don't have tons of time to write today, sorry, but I want to share with you some miracles that happened this week. 

As we were returning form a lesson with the familia Valenzuela, we heard someone yell, "hey. how do I get to church? I want to go!" We truned around a saw a young man behind us who knew Hermano Jesus and wanted to continue to progress in his journey to become a completely new person after leaving behind drugs about a year ago. His name is Luis and he is an absolute joy to teach and he's curently on track to washing away all his sins in the waters of baptism. 

This Sunday, we were glad to see that several of the less active member who were have been workign with came to church and were able to renew their covenants, but we were slightly sad because we had been expecting more people. Feeling a little bit das, but tryign to let it get us down, we headed to gospel principles for the second hour of church, and in the middle of the class, one of the fmailes who we had breifly taught with the Valenzuela fmaila showed up. I think we had breifly invited them to church, but we hadn't seen them for several days and we hadn't been able to follow up with tthem. It had just been a very short, slightly chaotic lesson about why prayer is important. But they came and they have a desire to learn and I know it wasn't us or the hevtic lesson that made them come, it was our heavenly Father who heped them have the desires in their hearts t come unot Him. 

When we have our hearts willing and open to God, He can help us and guide us in all the tigns that we need to do to come back adn live in His presence again. I am so grateful for te knowledge I have of His pan for me and I know that my fmaily is eternal and I know that my future family will be eternal becasue I will make the chioces and sacrafices necesary to have this great blessing. there is no other blessing so great that we can have than to live with Our Heavenly Father again with our loved ones and I knw their is no sacrafice too great to have this blessing.

Burning Spiritually and Physically!

Didn't you just LOVE conference? I feel like I have gotten much more out of General Coonference here in my time as a missionary. It's literally such a highlight and a spiritual fest. I think my favorite talks were from Jeffrey R. Holland, Dieter F. Uchtdorf, Russel M. Nelson, and actually, I can't choose, just all of them. I love what Elder Uchtdorf shared about how to share the gospel, step by step. I also love what was taught about the cvonnection between love and ministering, and I absolutely loved the emphasis on repentace and the Atoning power of Jesus Christ.  Thanks to the goodness of the Bishop, we actually had the opportunity to watch in English usign the computer in the Bishop's office and it was so great to hear the voices of the Apostles and The prophet. It's honestly just so much better when you can actually hear their voice with the intonation and all of that. An boy, was that fun. We might have taken over the office for a short while...
