Hi everyone!
I'm stayign here in Balderrama with Hermana whcih i´'m super
excited for because she rocks and so does balderrama, or how our district has
taken to callign it, Bald Rama. (In our district of Jard-nes (pronounced
Hardnes), Big Cactus, and Bald Rama).
We saw the giganticly huge miracle of watchign Hermanao
Ignacio descend into the waters of baptism whcih was greta becuase there were
so. many. obstacles. this entrie week. Satan was really giving it all he got.
First they couldn't get divorced because there weren't judges and then the
money to pay fo the dicvorce got lost, and then they coudn't get amrried
becasue there weren't any judges becasue of the holidays, and then they coudl
not without any cremony but not until this next Wednesday and then finally,
fially, they got married Friday morning. WOOHOOO! It was a wild ride, and even
wilder becasue since Friday is his only day off of the week because he wroks in
the hospital, he got baptized that same day!! It was quite the week emotionally
but it literally only was able to happen becasue didn't give up and we didn't
take no for an answer becasue God always does his part in the process when we
pray with faith (and we were definitely praying), but it's often us who give up
or don't do our part of just decide not to follow God's will at the end of it
all, but I know with all my heart that He does place the path and the means
before us, even if we have to hurdle a fewt¿ things to get there, and it
doesn't mena thepath He puts befoer us will be easy or that we don't have to
sacrifice to follow it, but if it is HIS will ad a just desire, that way to
accomplish it is there. The words of 1 Nefi 3:7 are SO TRUE!
ALSO, WE LIT UP THE WORLD (OR ATLEAST HERMOSILLO) THIS PAST
SATURDAY! And it was a super cool experience to be able to participate. The
misisoanries were tasked with greetign everyine and contacting anyone who was
not member and visiting, ad it was super cool to talk to everyone and see just
how many people where open to listen to the messgae we had to share after beign
invited byt their friends to the event, there was proabaly some 800+ peopel
there, it was crazy!!
So, light the world folks and invite ALL to come unto Christ
pbecause its Christmas and it's the tiem of year most apt to do it.
